How To Make Delicious Chapati

Chapati is an Indian bread.

It is a healthy food because we use atta flour to make the chapati.

My mother add some butter and salt to the flour so the chapati tastes delicious even on its own.

I love to eat chapati.

We can eat chapati for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

To make chapati, we need:

  • A big bowl of atta flour

How to make Chapati:

  • First we mix the flour and butter (it is okay if you do not want to use butter 🙂

Add a little bit of butter to the atta flour.

  • Add plain water to the flour to make a nice dough.

Then mix it :mrgreen:
  • Knead the dough to make it smooth.

  • Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into small balls.

  • Roll the ball into thin bread.

Roll the dough 🙄
  • Cook them on a chapati pan.

Cook the dough into a capati 🙂
Now you are done 😆

Chapati is tastier when they are hot 🙂

Try it with dhal, chicken and vegetable curry and cucumber and yoghurt salad.

We can also eat chapati with the tasty ful medames.

Today I went to DUNKIN’DONUTS.

There are many kinds of donuts at DUNKIN’DONUTS.

  3. Double chocolate

  4. White chocolate

  5. Raspberry

  6. Blueberry

  7. Swiss chocolate

I like Happy the most because it is so sweet and cute 🙂

The Bendera is nice too.

And I like the sandwiches too.

It has chicken, cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomato.

I am very happy because I also get some nice stickers from DUNKIN’ DONUTS.

Anyway DUNKIN’ DONUTS is not very healthy because the donuts have a bit of trans-fat.

Good Fats and Bad Fats

My mother taught me about good fats and bad fats.

Good fats are Omega-6 and Omega-3 fats.

Bad fats are saturated fats.

The really bad fat is trans fat.

Trans fat is processed fat made by human.

Fish, seeds, nuts and olive oil  have lots of good fats.

Some chips, some margarine, some cookies, some fast food, some cakes and some junk food have lots of bad fats.

Do not eat too much bad fats even if they are very tasty.

Eat good fats.

My mother taught me to read the food labels and to choose food that says ‘no trans fat’.

Anyway junk food are bad but very tasty 🙂

Junk Food And Bad Food During Eid

Junk food is not good.

Bad food is not good too.

Junk food is worse than bad food because they are useless.

Bad food are food that has too much sugar, salt and fat.

Bad food has artificial colouring, flavouring and trans-fat.

There are lots of junk food and bad food during Eid.

I tried a little bit and they were tasty.

I wanted to eat more but I know that I must not eat bad food.

I do not ate much because they can make me sick.

But I saw a lot of children eating lots of them during Eid.

And I saw lots of adults ate them too.

When we visit other people’s house during Eid do not eat junk food.

And during Eid do not buy junk food and bad food.

Keropok Lekor

Keropok lekor is a food.

It is a healthy food.

Keropok lekor don’t have trans-fat.

They use fish to make keropok lekor.

I like to eat keropok lekor.

Yesterday I ate keropok lekor.

They are so tasty.

We bought them at Tanjong.

I watched a woman making keropok lekor.

I also went to another keropok lekor place in Bukit Tok Beng.

There they use machine to make keropok lekor.

But the seller was very rude.

Goldfish is a fish. My grandmother has goldfish. I like to eat goldfish but I don’t eat my grandmother’s goldfish. I only eat my goldfish cracker. A cracker is like a cookie.

Goldfish cracker is very tasty. When I eat goldfish cracker, I say mmmmmmmmmmm… My goldfish cracker is a healthy food because it has real cheese. My mother says my goldfish crackers don’t have trans-fat. My mother teaches me that trans-fat is bad because it can make us sick. It is good because I can read so I can read the box before eating.
